A large part of our works centre around planned external and internal repairs and refurbishment contracts for Local Authorities and Housing Associations in London, Essex, Kent and Surrey.

For the last decade we have partnered with the London Borough of Southwark. Our commitment to high quality, timely work with added Social Value sees us consistently achieve high Key Performance Indicator scores. The legacy of our works in the improvement we have made to estates, peoples lives and the local community lives on long after the last portacabin has left site.

We carry out refurbishment works to schools, universities, hospitals and prisons.

This includes window and door replacement, FRA Works, Mechanical and Electrical upgrades, decorations, brickwork repairs, anti-ligature works as well as other bespoke specialist works.

We carry out works for Individuals, Surveying Practices, Letting Agents, Private developers and Facilities Management Companies.

This can include carrying out minor repairs from a few hundred pounds to multi-million pound redevelopment/refurbishment schemes.

We have worked in conservation areas and listed buildings since we started as a roofing company. We understand that these types of works bring unique challenges in both management and delivery. We ensure that our surveyors are involved from feasibility and survey through to delivery and aftercare of any project of this type. We have an appreciation of Heritage England and National Trust Requirements as well as a good understanding of planning and buildings regulations where applicable.

The works we have completed recently have included:
•Pullens Estate, London Borough of Southwark, Walworth – Window and brick repairs

•Reigate High Street, Hartnell Taylor Cook – Window Renewal

•Webber Row, Borough and Bankside, – Electrical installation and external trunking.

•London Auction Houses - Carrying out external slate roof renewals, Doff Brickwork cleaning of listed facades and external decorations.

Being entrusted with historic building restoration at the highest level, sensitivity and discretion is everything. Choosing and working with appropriate materials and implementing client choices, such as whether to have visible or discreet replacements, or delicate matters such as conservation versus restoration and DDA access to listed buildings are critical. We have the expertise to advise you and see through to completion on site.
